Ceremony + Cocktail Hour

Includes:

• Zachary Martin solo for ceremony

• 3 custom song requests (ex. processional, signing, recessional)

• 2-hour cocktail trio performance

• Background music for breaks

Equipment: Sound system for up to 150-200 guests, wireless mic for officiant, vows, and speeches

Duration: 6-hour call time (2-hour setup, 3-hour performance, 1-hour teardown/load-out)

Reception Band

Includes:

• 3-Piece band + sound tech (4 people total)

• 2 sets with break or 1 long set (2 hours)

• 1 custom song request (optional, subject to approval)

• Dinner playlist (curated by ZMM or guest-provided)

• 1-hour post show playlist (Spotify)

Equipment: Party lights (2 LED fixtures, 2 motion lights), sound system for up to 250 guests, wireless mic for speeches

Duration: 10-hour call time (3-hour setup, 2-hour pre-performance (dinner), 2-hour performance, 1-hour post-show party playlist, 2-hour teardown)

Reception Band + DJ Afterparty

Includes:

• 3-piece band + sound tech + DJ

• Two 45-minute sets or 1.5-hour straight performance (band)

• 1 Custom song request (band, optional, subject to approval)

• Dinner playlist (curated or guest-provided)

• DJ after party (2-hour set)

Equipment: Party lights (2 LED fixtures, 1 motion light), sound system for up to 150-200 guests, wireless mic for speeches

Duration: 11-hour call time (3-hour setup, 2-hour pre-performance (dinner), 2-hour performance, 2-hour DJ set, 2-hour teardown)

• $50 per extra custom song request

• Travel fees apply outside the Ottawa/Gatineau region
